The 13th Single from The Police was released in May 1983 and reached Number 1 on the U.K. singles chart. Written by Sting it was released on A&M records on 7 inch & a double 7 inch pack and spent 11 weeks on the chart. It also reached Number 1 in the U.S. where Billboard classed it as the song of that year.
