The 5th Single from Paul Young was released in November 1983 ( a rerelease of his 2nd single) and reached Number 2 on the U.K. singles chart.  Written by John Hurley and Ronnie Wilkins it was released on CBS records on  7 inch & 12 inch and spent  13 weeks on the chart.
