The Gift is the debut solo album from Midge Ure. Released in October 1985 on Chrysalis  Records, it was produced by Midge Ure. The album reached No. 2 on the British charts.

The debut Single from Midge Ure was released in May 1982 and reached Number 9 on the U.K. singles chart.  Written by Tom Rush, it was released on Chrysalis records on  7 inch & 12 inch Single and spent 10 weeks on the chart.
