Whenever You Need Somebody is the first album from Rick Astley, released in November 1987 on PWL Records. It was produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman, Phil Hardy, Ian Curnow and Daize Washbourn. The album reached No. 1 on the British charts and Number 10 on the U.S. Billboard Chart.
