Tracey Ullman- "Breakaway"
The debut Single from Tracey Ullman was released on March 1983 and reached Number 4 on the U.K. singles chart.  Written by Jackie DeShannon and Sharon  Sheeley  it was released on Stiff records on  7 inch & 10 inch disc and spent 12 weeks on the chart.

  2. The one on the left looks like the actress who played Jean Quigly (Sicknote’s wife) in London’s Burning. They were am dram players in that as I remember. One on the right could possibly be Rosemary Ford, not sure though.

  3. Allison Thomas the girl with the dark hair and Amanda dickinson the fair haired girl were Tracey ullman back up singers and were also on most of her pop videos

    1. When Tracy did a more recent HBO special of her past show, she did a revival of the Breakaway video and had 2 backup singers/dancers... I'm curious if she used the same 2 girls, just 20+ years on?
