Janet Jackson Album 1982


Janet Jackson  is the self titled debut album from Janet Jackson, released on 21st September 1982 in the U.S. and in February 1983 on A&M Records. It was produced by RenĂ© Moore, Angela Winbush, Bobby Watson, Foster Sylvers and Jerry Weaver.  The album didn't chart in the U.K and peaked at No. 63 on the U.S Billboard Charts.

Pet Shop Boys - "West End Girls"

The debut Single from The Pet Shop Boys was originally released in April 1984 where it only reached number 121 on the U.K. charts it was re- released in October 1985 and reached Number 1 on the U.K. singles chart.  Written by  Neil Tenant and Chris Lowe it was released on Emi /Parlophone records on  7 inch, 10 inch & 12 inch disc and spent 17 weeks on the chart. It also peaked at Number 1 on the U.S Billboard Charts.
