USA For Africa - We Are the World - 1985



USA For Africa- "We Are The World"

The charity Single from USA For Africa was released in March 1985 and reached Number 1 on the U.K. singles chart.  Written by Lionel Richie  and Michael Jacksons it was released on Columbia records on  7 inch & 12 inch disc and spent  10 weeks on the chart.

Fame - Original Soundtrack 1980

 
Fame the Original Soundtrack comes from the Original "Fame" Movie released on 16th May 1980 on RSO Records. It was produced by Michael Gore. The album reached No. 1 on the British charts but not until 1982 when the TV series was launched, and peaked at No. 7 in the US charts.

Nia Peeples - Trouble - 12 Inch Remix - 1988


"Trouble"  was the first single released by Nia Peeples on Mercury/Polygram Records in April 1988. The song came from the album "Nothin' But Trouble" reached Number 1 on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Chart and Number 35 on Billboard Top 100 chart. Written by Steve Harvey the song was originally intended for Latoya Jackson. The 12 inch versions were Mixed by Shep Pettibone.
